Engine into Frame

Frame back from the powder coaters. Nice job by Paul again.

Add some padding around the frame to avoid scratching the new paint.

First fit the swing arm but need to fit the rubber shock mounts first.

Rubber shock mounts/Bush and press in with my trusty vice.

Grease on the swing arm top hats.

Ensure swing arm contact point is free of powder coat, again Paul knows his stuff.

Swing arm in next step on with the rear shocks.

One shock on

Both on and looking good. Engine next.

Half way in with the engine need to move one inch at a time now.

Nearly in place.

Start bolting up engine mounts.

Centrer stand ready.

Foot rest rod next.

Fit the centre stand pivot pin. (copper grease not rust honest)

New Split pin to hold sideways movement.

10mm Nut and bolt on each side holds the pivot pin in place.

Centrer stand return spring fitted.

Engine in place and up onto centre stand for the remainder of the build.

Starting to look like a bike.
