First off with all the old paint. The frame is in pretty good condition for 37 years of ware and tear.
Starting to look better now, and a bit more substantial than some of the modern bike frames. what I call real steel.
Some small patches of rust emanating out from the welds
I need to find out if I treat the weld areas with rust treatment will this effect the powder coating.
Before and after heat and a wire brush.
Nearly there just the top plane to do.
Hard work getting all the old paint off. Done Now. Off to the powder coaters. Satin black.
